Russell Yue

Russell is an Investor with H.I.G. Growth Partners in the San Francisco office where he focuses on high-growth software, fintech, and consumer internet companies. Russell joined H.I.G. in 2019 to help start the firm’s late stage venture and minority growth investment strategy. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities as well as supporting existing portfolio companies. He led and currently oversees H.I.G.’s investments in JumpCloud, Mode Analytics, Passport, and ServiceTitan. Prior to H.I.G., Russell was an investor on the growth stage investment team at Greycroft and was actively involved with investments in Axios, BetterCloud, Deposit Solutions, Icertis, Scopely, and Segment, among others. He also previously worked in financial planning & analysis at Fastly where he helped the company raise $75 million during its Series D fundraise. Russell graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Finance from the Marshall School of Business. He currently co-leads the growth investing vertical for EVCA, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the pre-partner venture community.

Bruce Weinstein

Bruce is responsible for defining Genesis Financial Solutions' overall business strategy, and the execution of the business plan. Sharing his 20+ years of business operations and financial management experience with the Genesis team and our myriad of clients and customers; Bruce secures financing, allocates human and capital resources and drives the Genesis team to excellence. Prior to joining Genesis Financial Solutions, Bruce served as CFO for Credigy Solutions of Atlanta and as CFO and a Director of Wilshire Financial Services Group. He has also consulted privately, analyzing investments for industries ranging from investment banking, mortgage REITs, and distressed consumer receivables purchasing to direct response retail. Bruce serves on boards of several nonprofit community organizations and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Bavuusuren Chuluunbaatar (born 30 May 1989), commonly known as Biirchin, is a Mongolian serial entrepreneur, podcast host, and influencer. He is the founder of Virtual Union LLC, leading digital marketing and IT firm based in Mongolia, CEO of Dragon's Breath Mongolia chain Bubble Tea shop and Ice cream shop. Bavuusuren is amongst the fastest-growing Entrepreneurs in the world who has gained recognition for posting social messages and content related to social media, social media marketing, making Instagram Filter using SparkAR. He is considered a major influencer, credited for his unique and inventive technique in handling rappers and artists' music videos and content distribution under the "Biirchin" moniker, which has helped him become a global presence.

Ashley Tyson

Ashley Tyson is the Co-founder of the Web3 Foundation. She spends her time aligning diverse teams working on decentralized systems and supporting blockchain ecosystem initiatives like Ethereum Community Fund and ETHPrize. Prior to Web3 Foundation, Ashley co-founded DEFCAD, a censorship-resistant search engine for 3D printable files. She deeply understands the need for a decentralized web, beginning her career in NYC at one of the first social media-focused agencies, where she helped multinational corporations build Web 2.0 strategies around consumer data acquisition for use in marketing initiatives.

Guy Haddleton

Guy is an accomplished executive and visionary with more than 20 years experience in the Business Performance Management Software Sector. In 2007, he co-founded Anaplan with a vision to create the First Business Operations Platform that would displace the “Old Guard” traditional on-premise enterprise software technologies. Prior to Anaplan, Guy was CEO and co-founder of Adaytum, a world-wide leader in Enterprise Performance Management Software sold to Cognos in 2003. Guy spent his early career in the NZ military as a commander of a Special Forces team. He holds an MBA from the university of Otago in his native NZ.

Michele Anthony

Michele Anthony is Executive Vice President of Universal Music Group. Among her responsibilities, Anthony oversees the U.S. Commercial Services Division that includes sales, live events, label merchandising, college marketing and fan and consumer engagement. In that role, she works with the company’s U.S. labels to maximize commercial and strategic opportunities to establish new revenue streams, form alliances with third parties, and create a variety of special projects. Additionally, Anthony is responsible for UMG’s global brand partnerships, the company’s Canadian operations and Universal Music Enterprises, the U.S. catalog division. She also oversees development of UMG’s film, television and theatrical projects alongside Universal Music Publishing Group Chairman and CEO Jody Gerson. Anthony has an unparalleled depth of experience on both the label and artist sides of the industry. She most recently founded 7H Entertainment, a consulting and management firm whose clients included Pearl Jam, Black Sabbath & Ozzy Osbourne, Prince, Björk and Soundgarden. Prior to forming 7H in 2006, Anthony was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sony Music Label Group U.S. where she oversaw the day-to-day management and operations of the company’s labels. Before Sony Music, Anthony was a partner in the entertainment law firm of Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Phillips, where her clients included Guns N’ Roses, Alice In Chains, Ozzy Osbourne, Soundgarden, Rick Rubin, Sub Pop Records, The Sugarcubes and The Pixies. Anthony also chairs the Global Poverty Project (GPP) – Global Citizen Tickets Initiative, a campaign whereby major artists donate concert tickets that are earned when users take specified actions to end global poverty. She also is an advisor for GPP’s Annual Central Park Global Citizen Festival.
